I have 2 EA’s from the same company and none of them have made any money.
Forex Juggernaut goes into inactive mode 4 hours after restarting. Reported to helpdesk who created a case. This is where it stopped. They are not even responding to emails.
Forex Transporter is running but not generating any trades.
Sent details to the parent company 3 days ago but have not received any response. Both EA’s have 100% money back guarantee. I think I should ask for my money back, that is if they respond.
